Gréyda 14-Day Return Policy
At Gréyda, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
- You must be able to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at greyda.business@outlook.com with your:
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
